Depending on the daily volume of orders there may be a build time of a couple of days before your order is shipped. Upon ordering you will receive an order confirmation with current turn time of orders before yours and the allotted amount of time in which you will receive your package. Q: Can you send me my tracking number?A: Yes, we ship with ups.com for all domestic shipments, simply email us at order@octabong.com with your name and we’ll email back your available tracking if the package has shipped already. Please refer to your order confirmation for your anticipated delivery date range and please allow us approximately 2 day timeframe to; build, box, and ship your package with the other orders we receive daily. Q: Do you take incoming calls with questions about Octabong?A: Sorry, we do not take incoming calls. However, we’re always online. E-mail us anytime at info@octabong.com with any questions/concerns you may have that isn’t found in this FAQ page and we’ll get back to you fast. Q: I need an Original Octabong right away for a party were having, can I put a rush order in for an Octabong ASAP?A: Well yes, we can get that done. All that you’ll need to do is e-mail us right away at order@octabong.com and provide the following; your name, address, and last business day you can receive Octabong. We’ll then work a custom quote to minimize shipping costs to get you out a package in time. Q: I see that the Octabong Top is sold about 11 colors? Are you discontinuing colors if they’re taken off your website?A: No, simply put we sometimes sell out wholesale orders of colors from time to time, restocking each color top takes some weeks when we’re wiped out of a color. We try to advertise all available colors available online, all colors dominate beer the same! If your color is sold out we’ll communicate with you to get you another selection. It’s first come first served for available colors. And, all colors dominate beer the same, so if a color is sold out, please choose another! Q: I am a college student and looking to make cash promoting The Original Octabong, how can we work together?A: Octabong.com and Octabong, LLC. is always looking to work with marketing reps, sales managers, and other savvy college students/professionals to sell Octabong. Please email info@octabong.com for a package with more information on earning income with us. Q: I like the party photos in your website. Can I send you our groups Octabong party photos to include in the seasonal photo folders?A: Yes, we love to see our customers Octabong party photos, simply e-mail the fun pictures you have at photos@octabong.com and we’ll review to put them up. Note: We’re a fun company and like to demonstrate good times with friends celebrating with beer. We are not looking for dangerous pictures of Octabong misuse. Q: Do you ship to PO BOXES?A: Yes, we do. Typically orders that come in will delivered by ups.com, however when a delivery address is a PO BOX we ship via USPS, which may delay your ship date by a day or so due to having to take your package to a USPS post office. Q: What is your return policy?A: Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for the Original Octabong Group Beer Bong due to our product being used orally. Q: What is your policy on damaged units?A: Yes, we want to make sure that you get an undamaged unit, if you receive a damaged Octabong, please email us right away at info@octabong.com, we will work with you to print a return label for us to receive the package back for ups.com inspection and ship another unit right away. |
